REFUND POLICY

1. Non-Refundable Purchases

• All ticket purchases are non-refundable, except under the specific circumstances outlined in this policy.

2. Event Cancellation

• In the event that the Festival or any individual event within the Festival is canceled by the organizers, attendees will be eligible for a full refund of the ticket price.

• Refunds will not include additional costs such as travel, accommodation, or transaction fees.

3. Program Changes

• The Festival reserves the right to modify the program or schedule without issuing refunds. Changes to the lineup, speakers, or screening times are not grounds for a refund.

4. Force Majeure

• Refunds will not be issued for cancellations or delays caused by events outside the Festival’s control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics.

5. Duplicate or Mistaken Purchases

• Refund requests for duplicate or mistaken purchases must be submitted within 24 hours of the transaction. Approval will be at the discretion of the Festival.

6. No-Shows

• Refunds will not be issued for tickets where the ticket holder does not attend the event (no-shows).

7. Refund Process

• Refund requests for eligible cases (e.g., event cancellation) must be submitted via email to info@amicorti.orgwithin 30 days of the cancellation announcement.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the request.

8. Payment Methods

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. The Festival is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
