These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in and access to the AmiCorti International Film Festival ("Festival"). By purchasing a ticket, submitting a film, or participating in any event, you agree to abide by these Terms.
General Information

The Festival is organized by AmiCorti International Film Festival, headquartered in Peveragno, via Molino Bioera 4 12016.

All events, schedules, and programs are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Ticketing

Tickets are non-refundable except in cases of event cancellation by the organizers.

Tickets are non-transferable. Attendees may be required to present valid ID for entry.

Lost or stolen tickets will not be reissued.
3. Film Submissions

Submissions must comply with the rules outlined in the Submission Guidelines available on the Festival's website.

By submitting, filmmakers grant the Festival the right to screen their films and use excerpts for promotional purposes.

The Festival reserves the right to disqualify submissions that do not meet technical or thematic requirements.
4. Event Participation

Attendees must adhere to venue rules and instructions provided by the Festival staff.

The Festival promotes an inclusive and respectful environment. Disruptive or discriminatory behavior will result in removal without refund.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
5. Media and Photography

By attending the Festival, you consent to being photographed or filmed. The Festival reserves the right to use this media for promotional purposes.

Personal photography and recording during events may be restricted and require prior approval.
6. Intellectual Property

All films, content, and materials presented during the Festival remain the intellectual property of their respective creators.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or public display of content is strictly prohibited.
7. Liability

The Festival and its organizers are not liable for any loss, theft, injury, or damages incurred during participation.

Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings and safety.
8. Code of Conduct

All participants must behave in a respectful and professional manner.

Harassment, abuse, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in removal or legal action.
9. Changes to the Program

The Festival reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any part of the program at its discretion.

In the event of a cancellation, ticket holders will be refunded as per the Festival’s refund policy.
Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Europe. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cuneo - Italy.
